What we need is two people to drive vans on Friday, September 3 ( I know game night) and one person on Saturday to pick up the Alumni players coming in to KCI. The flights are around 5:30 PM and 7:45 PM on Friday and 1:30 PM on Saturday. Then we need drivers to get them back on Sunday night and Monday. Let me know. We have been called upon to help the team out this weekend. We have been asked to feed the team from Amarillo on Friday night (post game) and Saturday. They would like us to feed the team pasta and bread for both meals. We need somebody to cook pasta and/or bread for Friday and somebody else on Saturday. The team would eat after the game Friday at the arena and at the arena on Saturday after their skate around at 2 PM. If you are willing to help please contact Maria Torrez-Anderson at 969-5802.
We are also needing help feeding the Alumni and golfers after the golf tournament on Saturday. We are needing bread, salad dressing and desserts for that event. The golfers and alumni will be eating after the tournament at the Super 8 between 1-2:30 PM. If you could help with that please contact Beth Hendrix-Simonsen at 640-0093.
If you would like to golf or know somebody who wants to golf or sponsor please contact Jason Simonsen at 224-7756.
